Healthy Eating Workshop

What a feast we had at our Yoga and Healthy Eating Workshop – @kates_yoga_free_flow cooked up an absolute storm, talking us through her personal Ayurveda practice and giving us tips and inspiration for ways that we can bring healthier habits into our lifestyle and liven up meal times without denying ourselves 🥦. Sour dough garlic bread, home made hummus with lots of garlic, broccoli with lemon and sesame seeds, quinoa, tomato and capers salad and a carrot and sweet potato soup. All topped off with a banana, cashew, honey and cacao smoothie for dessert.  Extra thanks to @eattroo for allowing us to sample their fibre packed granola and pure insulin syrup, a wonderful, natural alternative to sugar or honey made from chicory fibre.
