Weekend Retreats

All sessions are suitable for complete beginners and those who have been practicing Yoga for a while.

Half Day Retreats

2 hours of Yoga, and Relaxation followed by tea and cake.
The session will focus on slowing down, connecting back to ourselves and re-charging our energy through deep relaxation.

Online Retreats

Yoga, meditation and relaxation practices translate really well to our homes as you can totally relax in your own surroundings while wearing your PJs.

2 hours of Yoga & Relaxation with a mini workshop to support our wellbeing.
