Description
We know how great these simple practices are for us. The problem is that they can feel SO DIFFICULT when we are in a highly stressed state.
That means that many of the people who would benefit from these practices most – will not get past the first session.
I know how hard these techniques can feel. Which is why I have developed a slow and gentle approach when sharing these techniques.
Having worked with clients who have experienced trauma I know that a different approach is required. You can’t jump straight into long, deep meditation and breath-work sessions without doing the groundwork first. For someone who is in a highly stressed state, this would feel unpleasant, and off-putting, and may cause more stress.
So we work at a slow and gentle pace, building up capacity for these practices over time.
We explore the theory behind the techniques that we practise to develop self- understanding and awareness.
And I share these practices in a way that is useful for our modern lives. Simple, practical techniques that fit into our lives.
