Happy Healthy Weekend Retreat - July 11th and 12th
This is an opportunity to reconnect with your mind and body, to get to know yourself, what you want and what you need. You will leave the retreat with the tools to be able to live more peacefully, more mindfully and to grow and be open to new possibilities.
We will explore the following across the weekend:
Through our Yoga practice we learn to pay attention and to develop our awareness. We become aware of our thoughts, and notice our default reactions. Once we are aware, we can then make conscious decisions to take action if necessary. We become more mindful, check in with emotions, thoughts, reactions, physical sensations.
As well as all of that we nurture the body through movement. The body thrives off movement. There is no such thing as bad movement – we want variety, consistency and more movement to keep the body healthy.
Sometimes we don’t even realise what is causing us stress. By taking time and giving yourself space and quiet you can listen to what you really need.
Through our breath we can send a powerful signal to the body and nervous system to relax, repair and restore.
*Relearning to relax
Relaxation is the release of physical tension and the release of stress. It’s not always easy or comfortable, especially when we have been conditioned to think that it makes us lazy. It’s is an art form to be practiced like any other. And it’s ok to practice it even if you aren’t good at it.
During the retreat you will be asked to contemplate what it is that you really want and need. To imagine your goals coming alive in your mind. This is an opportunity to think big!
During creative visualisation you mentally paint a picture of how you want things to be and this embeds your ideas for the future into the subconscious mind, creating new belief systems and positive thought patterns that will help you to get to where you want to be. It’s like giving yourself the time and permission to day dream the best possible outcomes for yourself.
As always, all the sessions will be suitable for absolute beginners as well as those who have been practicing yoga for a while so don't be put off if you don't think you are good at yoga, there is no such thing as being good at yoga!

Saturday and Sunday 10am – 5pm.
Weekend ticket for just £150
Payment in full to secure your spot
Included in the cost -
• Yoga, movement, meditation and relaxation in the morning and in the afternoon
• 2 course vegan lunch
Accommodation and dinner are optional and not included in price (suggestions suitable for all incomes provided on booking)
If you decide to stay over you can have quiet time to yourself in the evenings or come out for drinks/food. No pressure. It’s your weekend.
